Let Cyril Joseph Neicheril, (Joe), help you get the energy and vitality you need through his personal training programs. Joe is an ACE (American Council on Exercise) Certified Personal Trainer with additional certifications in: Athletic Performance, Lifestyle and Weight Management, (BAS), Biomechanics of Assisted Stretching, and Sports Nutrition. 

Joe has a BS from Portland State University where he also completed graduate studies in Behavioral Health and Communication. Joe has succesfully trained hundreds of clients, and has worked as a Fitness Trainer with Allstar Fitness and Oregon Athletic clubs at Bethany.
He is a Certified OSHA authorized Trainer, and has worked as an adjunct Instructor for Region X OSHA Training Institute.
Joe is an avid student of healthy aging and nutrition and is also a Certified Ayurvedic Health Educator from the American Vedic Institute of New Mexico. (Ayurveda is the branch of Yoga that deals with nutrition and natural herbs). He has over 10 years experience as a National level motivational speaker and trainer, and has been involved in strength and resistance training for 20 years.

At 49, he regularly hikes the mountains and forests of the Pacific NW in summer, performs 1 hr of high intensity, full body, weight training, twice per week, engages in cardio work regularly, and walks his Yellow Labs Captain Nemo, and Rebel without a cause 4 miles every day.

He maintains a fit body with just 14% body fat, a proportional muscular build, and has the energy level of a man ten years his junior. 

Joe also likes the good life enjoying both fine dining, and good quality wine and micro brews .He provides quality coaching for men and women over 30 who want to live a vital life without giving up all of life's pleasures. What is the point of having a healthy body if you can't enjoy some of life's hedonistic pleasures? 

His clients in Portland, OR, include Weight loss clients as well as several athletes, such as:  Portland area elite runners, Golf pros, and Bodybuilders.  He believes in optimizing your potential by helping you be fit, and having an optimistic outlook. This is key to being the master of your own reality. Maintaining an active body and enjoying pleasure in moderation is the best way of enjoying life!
